Payment Terms
- In accordance with Article 8 of Exchange Agreement No. 1, published in Official Gazette No. 6,405 dated September 7, 2018, commercial transactions on this platform are agreed upon in United States dollars (USD), with full knowledge and consent of both parties.
- The payment method and specific conditions will be agreed directly with the dealership at the time of formalizing the transaction.
Responsibilities
- ExpoCar Venezuela acts as a display platform and commercial link, and is therefore not responsible for the fulfillment of contractual obligations assumed between the client and the dealership.
- We do not guarantee the immediate availability of any vehicle nor commit to its delivery without a direct commercial agreement with the corresponding dealership.
Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.
- Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the published modifications.
Governing Law
- This document is governed by the current legislation of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Caracas, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
